Bodet Chalet, will provide an amazing mountain retreat experience, this Big Bear Cabin high on the mountain top will surely make this a dream vacation! As soon as you drive up the mountain to this wonderful cabin and enter the front deck, you will know you are in for a real treat!

As you sit on the front deck porch swing surrounded by the tree tops of the tall pines and expansive sky and mountain top views, you'll know you're in heaven, or close to it! The peaceful breezes bring you to total relaxation and you'll want to sit on this front porch swing for hours. There's also a wonderful bistro table and chairs to enjoy you're morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

As you enter the front door you'll feel the openness and warmth of the great room, with wood beam vaulted ceilings and a wonderful wood burning stone fireplace in the corner. There's wood flooring, a comfy couch and love seat with a large 50" flat screen SmartTV with a Roku with Netfilx and access to other apps. By the entry there's a beautiful indoor cherry wood shuffle board table for many hours of fun with family and friends.

The great room opens to the dining area that seats 6 and is open to the large kitchen that has a breakfast bar that seats 4 more. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make great meals and includes a gas range, microwave, coffee pot, and dishwasher.

Step outside to the back deck for entertaining and grilling on the propane barbecue.  There are two tables for an outdoor meal or just relaxing in the fresh mountain air.  Take some time for a game of horseshoes in the fully fenced back yard with mature oak and pine trees.

Down the hallway you'll find a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and the washer and dryer. Take your pick from one of the three bedrooms.  The master suite has a king bed, TV with Roku and private full bathroom.  Bedroom two has a queen bed and SmartTV with Roku, while bedroom three has a twin over queen bunk and a SmartTV with Roku.

Every room in this cabin retreat is decorated with wonderful mountain decor that is sure to delight everyone!

Note: This cabin requires the use of stairs.  No ground level entrance.  The driveway has a steep transition from the road - high clearance vehicles recommended.  Always carry chains in the winter months.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy during your stay.  NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
