Amazing House with Beautiful View
This was an amazing house with a beautiful view. The lake and the surrounding greenery were so relaxing. The house was very clean and cozy and the host was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Getaway to the Snow
We had a wonderful time at this home in Lake Arrowhead. As mentioned in previous reviews, the home does sit at the end of a private road. We had zero issues getting up and down the hill even after a light snow. The views from this home are incredible and, if you are lucky to get a little snow, the private road makes for incredible and safe sledding! We did knock down one star for accuracy due to the second bedroom not having a king sized bed as noted. It's a queen. House was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and the owner is fantastic with replies. Highly recommend.

Leading up to our stay the owner (Mr. Majid) of the property reached out through email with detailed information and also provided his personal number for me to reach out with any questions and concerns. Mr Majid was very easy to work with and he keeps his property in great condition if he doesn’t sell the property every time my family heads up to a lake Arrowhead Mr. Majid will without a doubt have my business.

The views from this house are spectacular and the living areas are great. We thoroughly enjoyed both of them and our explorations of the area. As former rental home owners, we made a few suggestions to the owner and he was kind and responsive. We'd echo what other reviewers have already noted: You need to be very careful driving up the private road leading to the house, especially at night.

Perfect Weekend Get Away
Spend two days there with my wife, daughter (17m), and couple friends. We made dinner and hung out playing games. Amazing view and really nice layout. Suggest bringing a speaker because there isn’t one at the property. We could have fit more people too so something for us to consider next time.

Beautiful view with all the comforts of home!
My family stayed here for a week during our kids Spring Break vacation and had a fantastic time! It was our second time visiting this home, as we absolutely love the property. It is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, is in a quiet location, has all the amenities that we need for our family (including three older kids), and has a breathtaking view. This home is close to shopping, dining and a trail area that we like to visit for sledding or hiking (depending on the weather). The owner is amazing with communication and one of the kindest owners we have worked with (and we have rented a lot of homes for trips!). We were arriving on the heels of some snowy weather and also experienced more snow than we expected during our stay, and he was so accommodating to make sure that we were comfortable and safe arriving, during, and leaving from our stay. Our family always feels very welcomed here and has a great time at this home! We will be visiting again:)

Great Cabin for families
The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy time with friends and family, and to cook a few meals at home. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. We were told before arrival that the road to the home is unincorporated and can get icy in the winter. When we arrived, the road looked very icy and scary - but, the owner had assured us it would be ok to drive over - and we followed his guidance. The road looked much worse than it actually was. We have an all-wheel drive Tesla, and I would definitely recommend All-wheel drive vehicles only in winter. We were also happy to find out the home has a Tesla charger.

The property was exactly as described in its description. A couple of hiccups in the beginning made it stressful but once we got settled everything was fine. At no time did we hear from the host…never got check instructions until we contacted Evolve directly. The WiFi password in the check in letter is wrong. BEWARE OF THE ACCESS ROAD LEADING UP TO THE PROPERTY!!! It is not for the faint of heart! Also, this property is not suitable for handicapped, disabled or those with mobility issues. No bathroom on the main floor, you will need to go up or down stairs to find one. There is coffee on arrival but plan to take everything else you will need. Tin foil, sugar, laundry supplies etc.

Amazing Seclusion! A Romantic Getaway!!
The loft is amazing!! It was incredibly hard to find the location but the privacy was unrivaled. Had a fantastic time getting to use every bit of the property and it was a ton of fun for our stay! We decided to spend a good deal of our time inside rather than the village, matter of fact. Would highly recommend to friends and I’m excited to book future trips here!

Enjoyed the home. Just a couple of things to know…the bedrooms are all downstairs and that’s important to know for those people that may not be able to make it up and down. The home is equipped with everything you might need from top to bottom. Complaints: Difficult to find. Narrow driveway in bad repair to the home. You are required to pay a high cleaning fee and they require a you to strip the beds and linens, wash and put away the dishes and empty all the trash! Cleaning fee is pretty steep especially with the higher cost management fees. I would definitely consider renting again if not for the high management and cleaning fees.

My wife and I stayed for 4 days at the property. It was beyond what we expected. The views were stunning. The property was in perfect shape and very clean. The owner was superb. He answered our questions before check in and during our stay, very responsible and very communicative. The place was immaculate. We could not ask more for what we got.
