This beautifully decorated home with its spectacular views is unlike any other in Big Bear Lake. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac on Inspiration Point at the far reaches of Boulder Bay, the views are breathtaking from every direction. Expect an 'over the top' experience when staying in this home. The unique living space offers a cozy and comfortable cabin feeling. The beautiful full round hand peeled logs, the hardwood floors, granite counter tops and comfortable furniture boasts a true mountain home experience. The outdoor patio with fireplace is where you will probably spend much of your time enjoying the view and relaxing as you listen to the mountain sounds next to a crackling fire. The lower patio is a perfect place to relax in an Adirondack chair with your feet up as you watch the 'Pirate Ship' or 'Big Bear Queen' tour boats go by -- have your camera ready! If you are a sun worshiper, you'll enjoy the 3rd patio lakeside, or better yet, go ahead and walk out onto the dock to be even closer to all of the lake action -- fishing, boating, boarding, tubing, kayaking and swimming. As evening approaches, have your camera ready again because you will see some of the most beautiful sunsets ever.

Visit The Village with all of its unique shops and quaint restaurants. Take advantage of countless hiking and biking trails and other attractions. *This home has many steps inside and outside. We are not able to accommodate wheelchairs. Elderly and those with walkers might find it difficult to move freely throughout this house.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

“Before you leave “ instructions are on the kitchen counter.

City of Big Bear Lake does not allow trash cans on site at Vacation Rentals. Trash is to be taken to the Clean Bear Site as described in the “ Before you leave” instructions at the house.

Unload dishwasher. Take all your food with you. Key is to be left in the drawer to the left of the dishwasher. Gas off at firepit. Lights off in and out of home including lights going down to the dock

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Total capacity 10. Maximum adults 8 anytime day or night. More than 8 adults is loss of security deposit. Spa off at 10:00pm. No pets Nov-Feb.

Maximum vehicles in driveway is 4. Boats and boat trailers are not to enter the cu de sac of homes or the property's driveway. No garage access.

Will need to sign a contract with the host, copy of drivers license, vehicle description, and ages of children . Must have a 4 star rating with VRBO.
