Extremely friendly staff! Perfect location—felt at home!

And to think I tried to cancel! Thank goodness, I accidentally booked a nonrefundable because of the reviews on here I wanted to cancel! So glad that didn’t happen! This hotel is amazing absolutely amazing. It’s beautiful. It’s full of very friendly people and it’s clean as could be contrary to some of the reviews I read. You didn’t pass one staff member or housekeeping in the hallway without them saying hello and being so friendly! The front desk, totally accommodating! I’d read about dirty bathrooms and the beds being so uncomfortable and somebody even wrote something about little nasty bugs! I find that really hard to believe honestly the room was amazing. The bed was so very comfy! Everywhere you went somebody was cleaning every bathroom I went into in the main hotel they have people in there cleaning. There were people who complained about the food and their restaurant. The food was wonderful!! We ate breakfast there everyday! Delicious! I realize that everything is subjective, but some of these things that were written, made me not want to go there and I was upset because I paid a lot of money to go there. I went from so upset because I had accidentally booked nonrefundable to being thrilled that I couldn’t cancel! Another thing about staying there is all there is to do on Navy Pier!! You can access it from indoors all the way from one into the other or outdoors! Wonderful hotel! The view!! Perfect! A++ Highly recommend!! Skip the negative reviews!
