“The décor and atmosphere were great, and the room was very spacious and clean. I especially loved the shower. However, there was one small incident that left me speechless — my key card kept getting deactivated, and I had to go to the front desk three times before I could finally get into my room.”

“They pull breakfast off to early no eggs no bacon, Comfort inn traditionally has always had bacon and eggs, and biscuits and gravy, worst Comfort inn ive stayed at in 3 months”

“Room was clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and genuinely courteous and kind (quick, too) when we needed extra towels and bedding. Breakfast was great, one of the things we have come to really enjoy at Embassy Suites, and plenty of seating in the dining area and the lovely lobby. Pool was pretty cloudy though and the pool bathrooms were not very clean.”

“It is a party hotel. A lot of kid parties and guests at pool who were not hotel guests. Also encounted "dancers" in the elevator after leaving a suite down the hall talking about yhe gig they just finished and trying to promote their services to another guest in the elevator. Elevator mechanics are loud as well. Our room wasnt even near the elevators but heard them running all night and early morning. Location is good, pool is big, but just not the type of vibe i was expecting. ”

“Plaxe sucks. No microwave no fridge. Room was nasty. Ask to have it cleaned and they said staff off. We cleaned it ourselves. Ants in the room. Was a quick cheep stop for downtown Chicago. Should have stayed in the Laqunti or Hilton next door. My bad was to pick a place with my 3 and 9 year old. Wifes allergies are acting up.for dogs. Now in Niagara Falls and she sick.for the room. Dont go here unless your looking for a cheep place to stay. Buyer beware....”
