However, this experience was very disappointing. Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to a system synchronization delay on the hotel’s side, the updated information was not visible……

“It was a great experience! Me and my girlfriend got the queen bed room with the jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly nice! The only thing sort of bad was that the sinks drain was broken, it was plugged and wouldn't unplug, so we used a old debit card to "pry" it open just so it would drain. The shower also didnt spray water, it was sort of light sprinkles. Otherwise, it was a great experience, and will book again sometime!”
