"Room was fine and staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient access to Sanford Hospital (the reason for this trip) and airport shuttle is also a nice amenity. Furnishings and carpet are showing a bit of age, but still a good stay."

"When we got there, no one was at the desk. We pushed the button multiple times and nothing. Come to find out the front desk clerk was also the bar tender. My husband bought a beer but he didn't really know how to pour one and then it was warm. The cleaning guy also walked into our room very quickly after knocking. He saw me walk out and must have thought no one else was in there. My husband was."
