"Our multi-age family of 7 really enjoyed this house! Our seniors loved the MBR bath (spacious w/lots of grab bars). Our powerchair-bound grandpa loved it all especially the wide hallways and doors. Accessibility was a big consideration for our choice. We brought our folding 6 foot ramp for the garage entry and it worked perfectly. The teens loved the downstairs room. Everyone enjoyed the forested view of Black Butte; the quiet and wildlife...deer, turkeys, squirrels and chipmunks. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen and a giant redwood plank dining table...perfect for family meals and games. Comfy beds...lots of towels, too. Great hosts! This was a 5 star BBR house!"

"Great place for the family. Communication on how to access the hot tub could be a little clearer. Also better communication on how to request additional supplies for the home would be helpful. Also know that the garage and area above is not available to renters."

"The house is in a great location and has plenty of room for 8. Grandkids especially loved the bunk beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Really enjoyed outdoor seating area, furniture was very comfortable, making it a wonderful place to relax in the evening. Owner was very responsive when I called about the debris on deck and outdoor furniture. She promptly provided code to access private storage so I could clean off deck, which I appreciated. There were a few issues that affected our stay. We did not bring a dog but the smell of dog on the living room couch & comforter in the master bedroom was very noticeable to me. My adult children also commented that the upstairs carpeting smelled like dog urine. While it wasn’t over whelming, for the price we paid, I expected the hope to be fresher.The mattress in the master bedroom also needs attention. It was very lumpy and had a pronounced hump in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. In fact, it was so uneven that I actually rolled off the bed one morning when I turned over.Overall, these are minor complaints and we still enjoyed our stay. Lots of memories made."

"We had a wonderful visit to Black Butte Ranch and absolutely loved our stay at this home. The house was beautiful and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, so everyone slept great.The kitchen was well equipped, the living spaces were warm and inviting, and there was plenty of room for our family to relax after spending the day at the pool. We especially appreciated all the little touches that made our stay easy and comfortable.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay at Black Butte Ranch. It made our vacation even more memorable! Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive."

"A great house for a large family get together. Grandkids have their own room with 2 bunk beds, one bottom is a double. Each adult couple has their own room with a bonus room for a mother-in law. A very clean house, furniture in great shape, and well stocked kitchen. Great deck looking out at the forest with plenty of furniture. Close to all pools and golf courses. Overall, I cannot say enough good things--one of the best rentals we have had in Black Butte. Highly recommend"

"Pros - Love the location. Responsive host. Well stocked home. Comfortable beds. Beautiful spot. Appreciate bikes being included!Cons - the layout of the home is odd with the kitchen and living on the second floor plus full bathrooms on each floor despite first floor having 3 of 4 bedrooms. The policy of fining 2500 and immediate eviction if rules are broken (on top of a 50 fee per pool towel lost) is the harshest I have experienced and we are frequent house renters - while Becca did try to work with us, that level of scrutiny really stood out and detracted from our stay. We broke no rules but felt on edge."
