“Beautiful area”

“This was a great one bedroom cabin, located close to downtown Ned. The cabin was spotless, the photos on line are an accurate description. This process to get into the cabin, was excellent, as was the communication from the host. The cabin was well stocked with dishes , pans blankets --- The bed was comfortable; the host provided check in/out information as well as directions.”

“Not great, but good overall.Overall, it was a nice place to stay. And it could use some improvements.There isn't sufficient lighting in the second BR. It was an issue at night, and we had to make do with the relatively dim lamps they had.They asked us to watch a video tutorial on how to use the confusing light switches, because there's a 'master' switch in each room. Not how I want to spend my vacation, personally.The door to the balcony off the main BR doesn't work. We had to just leave it……

“Super clean, and super cute. Loved the little coffee bar Stayed here when visiting Red Rocks for a concert. Within very reasonable distance to Red Rocks, Golden(Coors brewery), and many hiking, interesting drives. Local shops are interesting, food is great, and so are the people!”

“This house is adorable and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, creek/reservoir trails. It is also very close to some other great hiking options. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Nederland!”
