"We enjoyed our overnight stay at Christmas Creek Cafe & Cabins. The cabins were basic but clean, there was a small heater, enough to take the edge off the chill in the room and plenty of warm blankets provided. We made a small fire down by the creek and the kids loved playing in and around the creek. Was lovely to get away and disconnect from the everyday routine! "

"Wow, what an amazingly beautiful place to stay. Nicole and Nick have truly inspired by perfecting what a simple container can be turned into. Two nights under stars, beside a running creek and with a bonus outdoor fire pit have invigorated our hectic lives. "Was very great value for money - is traditional basic pub accommodation, e.g. shared bathrooms, no work desk etc, and above the pub itself which can get noisy on a Friday night when theyve got a band on and the pubs full, bring ear plugs if your not a deep sleeper like myself however the other night was no noise. However the staff were wonderful, room clean and tidy and the pub food and atmosphere absolutely outstanding - you cant beat traditional country pubs! Was $160 for two nights during the...

"Very personal and helpful hosts. Wonderful B&B with everything needed for stress free holiday. We rented entire 4 bedroom guest house. Lots of nice foods supplied and Christmas choccies and decorations. Comfy beds and warm atmosphere. We were trapped for extra day by road closures due to flooding and Veriest the manager went out of her way to gift us food supplies. Highly recommended B&B."

"Everything from the check in process to when we left was smooth and enjoyable. The house itself is absolutely stunning and the hosts were lovely and extremely accomodating, including stocking the fire for us each day. The sauna and the hot tub were unreal and we would 100% book this place again."

Everything you need plus so much more

"I far underestimated how well equipped this house is. You are provided with all the condiments, kitchen appliances, tea / coffee, cleaning supplies and body washes that you always wish a Hotel would provide for you. While our weekend stay was damp, my three year olds spirits were not as she was kept ever so busy with the included kids kitchen, lego set. games and ride on tractors. We fed the cows and collected eggs every day and explored the dam. We managed to get in one bon fire and the spa was absolutely spectacular. There is never not something to do here and we would come back again in a heartbeat . Thank you to Marg and Steve for being great caretakers during our stay. My three year old now wants to be a farmer."

"Perfectly adequate three star motel, no better or worse than most I have stayed in. For the price, it was a good place to sleep and refresh. I stayed 5 nights over Easter. Easy check-in (at the pub down the road), comfortable bed, plenty of hot water (wait a few minutes for it to flow through), close to shops, some noise but not particularly disturbing. I will certainly stay again. "
