The hotel seemed clean enough. However there were other issues in our room. Broken TV in the living area. Just enough bathroom tissue for one use on the rool and no extra roll in the room. No body wash in the dispenser and the worst issue was the mold on the shower curtain

Spacious, clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette was great for breakfast. Good restaurants nearby. We stayed in the main house, even though we were facing Main St with a busy restaurant below, our space was quiet. Highly recommended.

Was a little disappointed in this facility. At face value, it looks nice, however its an old building that had a two coat overhaul. After the first night, our key cards stopped working. We went to the front desk and an associate insinuated that we exposed our cards to some sort of magnetic field wiping out the access which was complete bs. A second associate indicated they has us down for one night and not 3. Room service never did visit, had to go retrieve clean towels and bathroom tissue ourselves. If your room faces the road, be prepared to be awakened at night by loud vehicles. Paper thin walls. The elevators in this building are very slow and outdated. One of them needs service desperately. Loved the town of Beckley, would not stay here again.
