“The breakfast was fresh and a large variety for the two mornings we were there. Eggs, sliced meats, cheese, fruit, bread. The snacks in the refrigerator in the room were for purchase, not free. Be aware. I was not. ”

“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. Hôtel et chambre très propres.Petite chambre au RDC sombre , très bon matelas mais couverture vieillotte et texture draps pas agréables.Des patères à l'entrée seraient bien , manque aussi de tablette pour affaires de toilette.Globalement quand même bon rapport qualité/prix . ”

“Staff was helpful and nice. It really is across the street from a nice safe beach. Loved the bungalow. If I had to complain…there wasn’t a plug in my bedroom so I had to plug the phone in the kitchen. Made me get out of bed!!! lol. But that’s actually how it should be!”

“Only picky things to mention. The windows looked out onto reception so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. The were a few marks in the cutlery draw. This is all very much outweighed by tge staff, cleanliness and comfort. Would definitely recommend. ”

“The hotel is a historic mansion with the architectural elegance. The room is small. Although each room has a balcony, there is no view at all as it is located on an inner street. If you open the window, it will be quite noisy. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast and the waiter service are great. I've sent an email to request for a room at the higher floor. No response from them at all, but I was given a room on the lowest floor when check in. ”

“The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The building was very nice with a nice seating area and complimentary refreshments. The location was good for the train station - an easy 15 minute walk. The only downside was the noise on a night. We stayed 7 nights and the last 3 (Thurs, Fri, Sat) were very noisy into the early hours of the morning. There is only one small bar nearby but the streets of the old town are narrow which seemed to amplify the noise as groups of people were walking and……
