“My family and I stayed here for my niece's wedding. The place was spacious, very clean, and well stocked with amenities such as towels, soaps, detergents, and shampoo. The location is great, being very near to restaurants, 2 grocery stores, and gas station. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The owner answered any questions that we had promptly. I highly recommend!!!”

“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

“If you’re looking for a place other than a hotel to visit UGA and tour the campus while also enjoying and getting a feel for the surrounding area, definitely consider this condo. It’s a short walk to many of the campus buildings and grounds. The condo is well kept and had everything we needed.
