"This was a very disappointing stay. The only positives were the pool and gym everything else fell far below expectations. The biggest concern was the condition of the bedding. The sheets appeared to have mold on them, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. After looking into it, I noticed other reviews mentioning the same issue, which makes it even more concerning that nothing seems to be getting addressed. "The room was neat, spacious and clean. I had an accessible room so there is no tub which is understandable, however the only problem was the shower water got everywhere on the floor leaving a huge puddle due to no tub or way to keep the water in 1 area. Everything else was remarkable. The staff was extremely nice, warm, charming, detailed, and eagerly helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious as usual. Kid and family friendly.
