Mice in my room. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning, got up to see where the noise was coming from, and a mouse jumped out of my bag of snacks I had sitting on the dresser, and bolted into the corner of the room and disappeared into a hole. A few minutes later a mouse was crawling down the power cord from behind the television. I got up and packed up and checked out.

Everything was good except that you could hear everything in the room. There were some guests who kept fighting and running through the hallways late at night. The administration did nothing about it.

I was in room 110, once you came out of the room there was a big black splotch of mold, made me kind of nervous. Second, there were adults vaping and drinking from glass bottles in the pool, that's disgusting and I'm pretty sure unsafe, had that bottle been dropped. Management should have handled that, with all the cameras they have showing key areas. Our room was nice and clean, the restroom definitely needed some TLC. For the price, it was worth it, we had fun, they have breakfast, it isn't great, but it was good enough.

A drug addict bothered us the entire trip. Stalked us told us what room we were in and more. The only other problem encountered was multiple times a day our key card would stop working and we would have to get it reset. Very inconvenient.

My room had a sofa with long tears in the vinyl. My daughters' room had only one bed and it was another long wait to get assigned to another room, one that had hot-water issues. The quality of the food was low, and repeated requests for replenishment were needed each morning. The front-desk staff needed an inordinately to respond to requests. My brothers had issues with their rooms, too. I regretted my recommendation of this hotel to my extended family. We occupied 6 rooms for an average of 3 nights each.
