“Room was decent in cleanliness, except for the crumbs in and stains on my bedsheets. Easy to get in and out. Parking was convenient right in front of your room and free. Conveniently located across the way from a Stewart’s coffee / gas.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Heritage of Lake George. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant, although it was a little smaller than we expected. The location was convenient and made it easy to enjoy Lake George. What stood out most was the customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay, and they made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience and would gladly stay here again.”

“Check in was easy, friendly front desk person. Our room on the other hand, the carpet was sticky, hole in the wall, ceiling looked just patched, broken fire detector, smelled funny, things chipping away and found on floor, shower pressure? And odd fixture, bed was sticky as well (thankfully we carry our own blankets) we were out majority of the time. Literally just to sleep and get out.”
