The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I……

“Room was clean. Holes in walls. The physical plug at the desk had been pulled out of the wall partly There was no shower curtain. When i asked about breakfast, the desk person told me there would be no breakfast but they would put together a bag of items. The items consisted of vending machine items i.e...2 chockate chip muffins, rice krispie treet, cheese crakers and a small plastic bottle of Sunny D. This is not what their advertisement indicated. “There was plenty of parking, the worker was absolutely incredible. Our TV wouldn't allow us to change the channel so we couldn't watch TV unfortunately, and the tub didn't drain properly. The breakfast was a small selection but was good to keep our children happy and fed!”

“I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not.”
