Compared to the price of other properties this close to, or in downtown Lake George, this place can't be beat! They have renovated since the last time we stayed at this property. (Pre-Covid) Our only complaint was the A/C units in the two rooms we had, the spin knob that adjusts from 'Warmer-to-cooler' were broken and would just spin all the way around. So it took some adjusting to find the right temperature. But that was the only complaint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend this property to all family and friends.

This is the third time we have stayed at this location and it is wonderful, friendly staff, excellent location, it just absolutely perfect. We will certainly be staying there again!

For a price as outrageous as this you expect a lot more for your money. It was a $100/night room and should have been priced accordingly.

The star was very nice at check in and the room was clean. However, sadly, the reason for the review is due to the paper thin walls and inability to contact the front desk. Between children running up and down the walkway/porch until almost midnight and hearing everyone in the surrounding rooms, we got no sleep. There are no phones in the rooms to contact the desk so the only was is to walk completely around the motel. I tried calling and got no answer from my phone. It was complete chaos with the noise with all the people fighting and yelling.

It was comfortable and clean. Anything else I say is just nitpicking. There was a loose railing going upstairs, the floor in the room was slanted slightly in a spot and the shelving unit was uneven. If that is the worst, then I would stay again. The place will not win awards for beauty, but I slept well and everything was clean. More than I could say for a more expensive place we stayed the night before.

There was a young lady at the desk in the morning who was personable and friendly. When I went back to let her know that our room (104) did not have a smoke detector hooked up. (The words were hanging from the ceiling) I was told by an older man behind the counter. "It's right here" and he pointed to a smoke detector on the counter behind him. Other than that. It's very close to town.

The AC was noisy and kept shutting down all night, the bedside lamp was not working and outside, it was noisy and the stair railings were rickety and unsafe. Very disappointed for over $350 a night!!!! Do not recommend

The hotel looked like a lot of effort was put into upkeep, but the room we were in looked like there was mold on the bathroom wall. It was gross, but we were there for a quick overnight to break up a long drive so we didn't shower or spend extra time in the room. We also kept the air vent running. The room itself was clean and no other concerns. The staff and other guests were nice. I'd stay again in another room.
