"What a beautiful property! Such a wonderful little cottage. It was perfect for my fiancée and me. We came it for an event up at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, and ended up just hanging out at the property more than the even! The winery next door had live music and vendors and ended up just enjoying the beautiful views and atmosphere! Kim was a wonderful and considerate host! And the blueberry muffins were phenomenal!!!"

We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games.
