"The place was okay. The pool was closed even when it said it would be open at 8am. The staff were nice. My view from the window was a parking lot. The parking kind of sucks and you have to pay. I had to pay 20 dollars. "

"Fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed here over the years. The setting cannot be beat for the serenity and beauty. Much more relaxed than Santa Cruz and Capitola.. First time in the ocean view with the spa tub room. I think I would do that again largely because of the ocean view. That said if you stay in a ground floor unit the noise from above can be pretty annoying"

"The hotel is stunning. Beautiful rooms and fantastic staff. I will say I was not a fan of the breakfast or cocktails at Low Tide. I definitely recommend going outside the hotel for food. My favorite place for brunch in Santa Cruz is definitely Mad Yolk and for cocktails check out Cooper & Front!"
