“The place was dirty. Bathroom had mold shower faucet was broken the room only have some shelves and when I put a towel the shelves fell to the floor. The place do not have a beach view and is not on the beach like they marketing says”

“I was traveling to Puerto Rico on August 29 to September 3. However, Tropical wave Dolly was on the way to Puerto Rico. I tried to cancel the hotel with Expedia for a waiver or a credit and they rejected it. They have to be more considerate about the weather. We can make plans ahead of time and weather can shift so quickly. I was so bummed about the tropical depression that I had to cancel. It makes no sense to travel to Puerto Rico to stay indoors in a hotel because there’s downpours every day……
