We travelled with my senior citizen, mother who required a wheelchair due to a broken foot. There was one on site that we were permitted to use throughout the duration of our stay, giving us flexibility to get Mom all around the city with ease. Our housekeeper on the eighth floor, Maria was absolutely phenomenal!! Extremely friendly staff, clean facility & convenient location we would stay here again!

Fastest check-in & checkout. The staff was super friendly & welcoming. The hotel & room were absolutely beautiful, especially the view. After a long day of travel we greatly appreciated meal/lounge options onsite to unwind & relax & loved the live entertainment. Can't wait to return!

The hotel has character and the staff were friendly and procided excellent service. With that said, the room left quite a bit to be desired. There were leaves and other debris on the carpet. The lighting was poor. One of reading lights above the bed was out. The two larger issues relate to the hvac. The a/c was loud and did not keep the room at a consistent temp. When it kicked on, it blew right at the bed and was overly cold when blowing. When the a/c cycled off the room quickly heated up causing the a/c to cycle loudly every 20 minutes all night. Additionally, the hvac controls had a bright light that shined right by the bed all night like a very bright night light. Thr hotel has great character but they need to pay as much attention to facility management as they do to creating a trendy vibe.

There were some hair left over from the previous guests in the shower. Parkinglots within 5min walk all cost $50 a night. The T is a 20 min walk from the hotel.
