I was hearing noises all day and all night like trains go by, auto bikes, if not, ambulances. What’s more horrible, the comforter was infested with fungi, which was just horrifying. Didn’t tidy up the room either even though we never requested to skip. It was a horrible experience for me and my gangs.

We arrived early at 1:30pm, check-in was not until 3pm fine. I get it. We checked our bogs and went to explore for awhile. We returned to the hotel at 4:45pm. We were then told that our room was still not ready. Simone and the rest of the staff were very apologetic about the timing issue. I just don't understand why the girl that we first spoke with at 1:30 didn't tell anyone that we had already checked in. We had stayed at the Double Tree in Boston in the Chinatown sector for 4days and had a wonderful experience. That was why I book here closer to the Airport. Our flight left logan at 6:30am the next morning. When we were outside waiting for the shuttle a large number of pilots and flight attendants came out last minute and they were put on the shuttle before any of the other guest that had been waiting. I understand that we need them to be able to fly, however if they are late the plane does not take off, if we are late it does! I was just expecting to have the same wonderful experience as I did at other Double Tree.

We choose the hotels for its proximity to the airport and shuttle service as we had a flight in the early morning. However we were informed at the check in that shuttles only run at certain times which was very inconvenient. We had to pay for a separate transportation service.

Overall a good place to stay. Large, clean room, except a few carpet stains. You have to call ahead to get a shuttle from the airport, the shuttle ford not make rounds like most of the other hotels do.
