Staff really need to know how to welcome their guests. I was met by shuttle driver and he made me feel like I arrived at military barracks. I expected welcome but I got an order “Park your car before check in”. That stole my mood for the evening.

Quiet neighborhood. Fun to see fireworks all around the city on 7/4. Clean hotel and loved the pillow choices! Shuttle took a long time to pickup at the airport and it was really difficult to find a number to call. Toilet malfunctions in filling back up after a flush. Crowded breakfast area, not much seating.
