Property was obviously been/in process of renovations. Areas we saw were nice. Room was clean.
Requested late check-in and even sent a reminder message, which they acknowledged. Check-in was awful. Greeted by someone who didn't speak English well and could not help us check-in. After 30 minute wait, someone came out to help. Assigned us a room; however, when we walked in there were others already in the room. He followed us in and told the others to leave, at which point, we were like just assign us another room.
Check in was easy and fast, the concierge was friendly. The room was dated and kinda grungy in spots, but thats no big deal to me. None of the amenities worked, from the vending machine to the gym. The tv got like 8 stations, and most of them were infomercials.
My biggest complaint is this.
After not being able to get a drink from the machine, i noticed a nice big water dispenser full of ice water in the lobby. I filled a glass and chugged it, and then refilled it again, only then noticing the enormous chunks of mold that came out with the water. Straight up almost puked.
