“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“It's not my first time there and we like staying there because it's in the middle of Broadway and it's near Times Square and the staff and the conversations are really good there and now they even added the an option for breakfast from the restaurant near them generally I recommend the hotel”
