Property was gorgeous, the rooms could have used a deep cleaning. Coffee/soda spillage on the exterior of room door and in the bathroom. Lotion and shower soap was empty.
Don’t eat in the restaurant… service was absolutely awful, food was alright but over priced. Overall disappointing for our large party, even tho we had reservations, they were overwhelmed and understaffed.
There doesn’t seem to be any type of security. Sunday evening outside pool were some unattended wild teenagers poll dancing on the umbrellas and playing with the handicapped aquatic chair.
For the price you pay to stay at the property I feel like our experience should have been 10/10.
Ive stayed numerous times over the years and I’ve never been so disappointed. Really makes me sad.
