“room is clean, stuff is nice, but no breakfast free?”

“The room was very clean and comfortable and check-in was very easy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety including hot and cold items. We had an accessible room which was nice. The only issue was the shower head was positioned so that you had to hold it or it sprayed water out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have a holder that pointed the head toward the floor. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and directly across from the KU med center. We were on vacation, but it……

“Such a lovely hotel on the north side of Olathe, easy to get around the area without being on top of the chaos and craziness of I-35 traffic! Our room overlooked countryside views. It was spotless. They brought fresh towels, emptied trash, and freshend the bathroom each day. What a special touch! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They texted us a couple times each day to inquire if we needed anything and to thank us for being their guests. Customer care and kindness was so……

“This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean but the common areas were very well worn. We stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. Parking was easy and area felt safe. The hotel has the standard free breakfast. The staff was all very friendly. In particular, one gentleman who worked the breakfast area was regularly interacting with guests to ask about the food and wiped down tables as soon as guests left.”
