I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. I recently stayed at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, and unfortunately, it was a very frustrating experience.The most significant issue during our stay was the elevator service. Most of the elevators were out of service, causing massive delays. At one point, I waited for over 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Out of pure frustration and with no elevator in sight, I eventually had to resort to using the fire access stairs just to exit my floor. This is not only incredibly inconvenient but also a major safety concern. To make matters worse, the maintenance in the room was lacking. Our shower drain was not working properly, leading to standing water every time we tried to clean up.Between the broken elevators and the plumbing issues, the hotel felt neglected. I expected much better maintenance and service for a major Las Vegas property and cannot recommend staying here until these infrastructure problems are resolved.
