“Very clean and new but we cut our stay short because the pillows were so tiny and not comfy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 2 each of bowls, plates, spoons, forks etc. The dishwasher and fridge were full size, but we would have to run the dishwasher after every snack or meal. They provided dishwasher tablets and no dish soap so handwashing a couple of items wasn’t possible. There were apsi only 3 towels provided for our king room with a 3 night stay for 2 guests. It’s……

“Breakfast was good. Room was fine, but a little worn. Quite a bit of outdoor noise from the interstate and nearby businesses. Elevator and hot tub were out-of-order. ”

“Very straightforward hotel. Clean, felt freshly clean, even though pets can stay. Very quiet and never heard other dogs. Kitchen stocked with enough dishes and pans for small Meal, soup. Full size refrigerator and freezer helpful for what we were carrying home. Shower a tad TOO forceful. Icemaker in fridge appreciated but sounded like a bomb when it dropped ice. But not complaining! Everything very basic, very nice and very appreciated. Oh yes, one concern (only one): television is too……

“The toilet tank did not fill properly. I told them about it, and they said yes room 111 has an issue with the toilet. No maintenance on hand to fix it. I had to use a 5 gallon bucket that I had to flush toilet. And yet they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for our 7.5 pound toy poodle that basically drank their water. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I would not recommend staying there. Bad customer service.”
