“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice these rooms were! Staybridge was one of the less expensive hotels in the area, so I wasn’t sure what I was getting, but boy…they blew it out of the water. Staff was excellent, very nice and accommodating at all hours. Check-in and check-out were both super easy. They kept in touch with us via text message throughout our stay. While we didn’t take advantage of housekeeping services during our stay, the room was very clean when we arrived and the common areas……

“Room was clean with exception of a couple stink bugs. HVAC worked as it should. TV has basic cable. Other parts of the hotel could stand some upgrades. Flooring in hallways was missing several places and was wavy and soft in areas. You could easily tell why it's only listed as a 2 star hotel. 0roce was probably more on the expensive end for the quality, but it was only a night stay and served it's purpose. ”

“We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Bowling Green for a family trip. Overall the hotel was clean and convenient, but our room on the first floor had a few issues. The in-room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk, and we could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above whenever people walked. The staff was polite, but these problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.”
