This is by far the most spacious and clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was fabulous. The pool area was very nice we really enjoyed the heated salt water pool. Der Dutchman restaurant was conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk) and had delicious food. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Fantastic amenities. Pool with cabanas and plentiful outdoor seating we’re superb. Great fire pit and grills too. Proximity to a Nathan Benderson park was a major plus, the couple of minutes walk to the park was great. Provided a great option for early morning walk or jog in a gorgeous setting. Plus loved that there were nearby food and shopping options. Only drawback about a 30 minutes drive to Siesta Key or Lido beaches.

The pool is very nice and convenient to Venice beach. Very quaint hotel and area!

Love the kitchenette in the room. There was option to ask for portable cooktop which we didn’t have time to do but good to know for future stays.

Great location for business travelers. Plenty of eateries and shopping close by. Was glad to be close to LA Fitness gym. Everything I need is here. Service is great, rooms well cared for. My place to stay when I come to Sarasota for business.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Its very clean from the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and they supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their bathrooms. The breakfast was very good. They offer hot food i.e. eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast or pancakes. They also have cereals, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt. The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Checking in was a breeze. The kitchenette is perfect for cooking and just enough space for two people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Very home-like feeling. The room was a very nice stroll away from Siesta Key beach which is so lovely. There is a heated pool which was very nice when it was windy outside. All in all, it is a great place to stay for a relaxing time. Small grocery, restaurant and bar all in walking distance.

Ideally located right next to the airport, the place is run very efficiently, it's clean and tight, the amenities are nice for what you need on an overnight stay or a business travel. Highly recommend this accommodation if you're in Sarasota for a short stay.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. We didn’t realize this hotel was BRAND NEW when we booked it. Literally open for a week and a half! I was blown away with how nice this hotel was, especially for the price! This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Sarasota with a fantastic lobby and walking distance to just about anything. The lobby has a great vibe with a larger elegant bar and the staff is fantastic at check in. The rooms carry that modern vibe without being too much to get in the way of the experience. The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.
