"Hotel was quite comfortable. Clean and friendly staff. Our major problem was we were advised to use ncp carpark overnight. We were staying overnight before going to the airport. At 2am we went to carpark to get car and carpark was locked up. Its locked up between 12am and 6am. So we missed our 6am flight. Very costly to us. "On arrival at check we arrived 90minutes early, but the staff permitted us to book in immediately. All the staff were friendly and polite at all times and nothing was any trouble. "The rooms are dusty and have cobwebs around the room and in the bathroom. The bath tub bottom has rust and was not cleaned as there was hair around the bathroom. The room also smells damp as there's not enough ventilation from the bathroom. It can be very noisy at night especially if you're located on the ground floor. No linen is provided for baby cot, only a cot with nothing inside."

"The restaurant and staff are outstanding. The one major pitfall - NO A/C. There was a large round fan in the room. We turned the fan on and dust clumps flew everywhere…. The fan had not been cleaned in long time. The gym and restaurant must be popular with the locals, so parking can be challenging. Overall, stay here in the colder months! "

"The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from all the places we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, especially the lady who greeted us when we arrived six hours later than planned due to a change in our travel plans. The hotel was clean, the hot water was almost instant and the room had very well replenished refreshments, including bottles of water. The breakfast was lovely and i was extremely pleased to see a separate area for dietary requirements. All in all, brilliant value. "
