“The cabin was perfect, though we wish ours was more off the beaten path. The amenities were sufficient for our needs, though it would have been nice to not need to ask for specific items. We were not allowed to use outdoor cookware, only foil over the fire. The stove inside takes FOREVER to heat, so cooking was a bit of a challenge- but still fun! The staff is incredibly friendly and prompt. There is so much to do in the area, though some parks might be closed!”

“We really enjoyed the property. It was a bit rustic but that's what we liked about it. Our 2 dogs had a great time as well. It was clean and cozy. Lighting up the fire pit, roasting s'mores, playing corn hole with the kids and grandkids. Over all we had a blast.”

“Upon arrival, I was greeted very warmly by my Host and he, very quickly, made sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. “The little “cabin” had all modern amenities and was very clean! The host was very friendly and we were able to build a little fire and it was so relaxing. The gate added some security and made it feel safe to be there. A view of horses is what we woke up to and we would definitely stay again. ”

“Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. Wear your shoes outside. The boardwalk to the water is a good length, but that’s expected for the area. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions.
