WE enjoyed our stay! The proximity to several shows is a plus! It’s well lit and plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful especially the lady that helps with show tickets, she has a ton of knowledge about things to do in the area!
There was nothing we disliked at the property. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super good. Parking was easy and convenient.
We stay at this hotel every year, it is always exactly what we need. Staff super friendly and accommodating in every way. Somewhat dated furniture, but staff told me that they are remodeling and will replace the saggy desk chairs and carpeting.
Entire property was spotlessly clean. Staff kept up with all areas. The indoor pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. Cleanest prop we have seen in a very long time.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Parking was good, breakfast was not. Not a good place for people with mobility challenges.
Room was clean and cold but the only complaint is their pillows were too thick and was killing our necks and had to switch it out with folded towels which it did help.
The location was perfect especially if you are going to the Clay Cooper theater !!! The breakfast was delicious ! The pool and hot tub were pristine !! Definitely a must stay !!
The Breakfast was really good, they had an attendant to help. 3 waffle machines was great, no waiting on getting to use one. The pool was fun for the kids
Room was clean staff was spectacular breakfast amazing love the waffles and the different variety they also have two pools the indoor pool is swallower at 5 feet and the outdoor pool is an 8 ft and the have indoor outdoor hot tubs only compliant the indoor hot tub wasn't working
We had a large suite which slept 6 with parking very close to the door. We enjoyed using the fireplace and loved the heated bathroom floor. We were disappointed with the breakfast. The hot entrees were dished up by staff and the casserole was disappointing. We were able to find a table but it hadn't been cleaned. It was very busy and we didn't see anyone cleaning tables.
Pretty good place to stay for an older property. Price is good and it has lots of amenities to offer. Some things ore just simply older. The towels were a bit thin and the bedding could updated.
I love the staff every need that we brought to their attention they immediately helped us out. Expedia had a scheduled for a pet friendly room which we did not want since we are sensitive to their dander. The staff without question upgraded us and gave us our room that was not pet friendly.
The room was a clean, nice spreads, microwave refrigerator and a coffee pot so I was really everything we needed. I would probably say there again
Helpful staff , yummy continental breakfast , location is very near to a lot of activities.restaurants ; was not able to try the indoor or outdoor pools ; clean and very comfortable beds
