The property itself was clean, quiet and convenient. As for the room, I didn’t know the tub was actually a hot tub and would be hard to get into for children or older adults. The room also had no ventilation as it was always moisture in the room making it pretty uncomfortable. There was also a smell of mildew that never went away.

I would’ve probably picked another hotel if I would’ve known how horrible the hotel was. The staff was nice but the property itself was not the cleanest. When I first got to the hotel I saw a guy smoking from a crack pipe right outside his room. The room itself was nice but it’s like minimal cleaning was done. The floor was nasty so I ended up buying a mop myself and mopping it. The toilet barely worked. The amenities were very basic. The only thing I enjoyed was the pool and the ice cream shop next door. I’ll definitely be finding another hotel next time I’m in Branson.

Overall the check in and room were good. The bathroom sink and toilet looked dirty, and looks like it was not swept all the way. And the comforters had several stains on them. But other than that, it was not bad at all. The beds were extremely comfortable. And the staff was very nice and helpful.

If your looking for a great place to stay with he kids this is the place very spacious enough room for an air mattress if need and very helpful staff I will for sure stay here again in the future 😁

Spent one night here and the rooms seem nice but the walls are thin and you can hear everything outside and from upstairs. The pool is outdoors and they had no pool towels available when we tried to use the pool. There was essentially no breakfast. Just pre packed muffins.
