“This location has several nice touches including a plate of cookies, some toiletries, and decorations that made it feel cozy. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. “The apartment was clean and well stocked with essentials. The beds were nice and comfortable. There are various food spots nearby within walking distance. The host was always making sure everything was to our liking. Highly recommend this property.”

“There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

“The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. “Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great.”

“The location was great. Beaches restaurants and shopping nearby.Unfortunately the yard was in need of a haircut and cleaning of debris to be pet friendly. Upon opening the door and walking in the floors in every room sagged extremely along with a musty smell. Sleeps up to four but only seats 2 in the living room and 3 in the kitchen. Front door had paper held up by magnets for curtains.It needs some TLC!”
