“Staff is terrible. No reception desk. The woman messaging me did not send me my room number or door code even after check in when I texted her for it. She sent me a message with missing info such as "your room number is (..)" and did not even put it in the message. I had to call multiple times. There is no reception desk which is very odd you have to call staff for everything. All communication is through phone. I got a message saying early check in would be available at 1 but when I called at……

“Room was in need of an update; bathtub shower was dangerously slick. Pool was nice although heated water was still somewhat chilly. Having a lounge was nice, but the cooler did not chill the beer. Breakfast wasn't very good-cold eggs and sausage. We understand the facility is going through renovations, but we decided to shorten our stay by a couple days. Staff was courteous.”

“The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?”

“Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The area is nice, felt safe at all times. Didn't use the pool, so no comment there. Downsides: elevator was out the entire time we stayed. They did call me 2 dsys before checkin to let me know. It was an inconvenience due to my mobility and ballance issues. Unfortunately I was not able to locate another property for the days we were here. They put us on the 2nd floor, so that was vetter than the 3rd I guess. I did pay for a 1 bedroom suite, but they……

“酒店的设施陈旧，卫生条件也一般，入住遇到了缺少电视遥控器，床头柜背后有其他房客留下的剃须刀；浴室沐浴水流非常，整个酒店还有莫名装修噪音。周边几乎没有任何餐饮，离市区有相当距离。虽然员工非常不错总是尽力希望解决问题。”
