“Very nice stay, staff, area and property.”

“Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.”

“The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. The pool/ hot tub area is perfect. The house is very comfortable. Only decks are narrow (only stand); ocean view is from one of……

“Ok I hate to write anything negative at all, because they really do their best to go above and beyond. Noise is a huge problem for me as I am a light sleeper. This definitely makes it difficult to travel. This one is on me because I forgot about upstairs/downstairs units. In unit #1, you will hear footsteps upstairs.

“That's good place.”

“Excelente desayuno buena atención y limpio”

“The room was spacious for my family and I. A close walk to the beach. Close to shopping and eating, great location.”

“I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.”
