“It was perfect for Brookings outings, the outside area makes it perfect for space for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation. The only suggestions I would say is bathroom has a smell of mildew and the fire pit doesn't seem to want to really work. But still can't wait to plan another trip here.”

“We had a great time staying at this property on the mouth of the Winchuck river. The owners are easy to communicate with. It is a very small single wide trailer, but the inside is incredibly clean and cozy. There's a very nice BBQ on the deck and the star of the show is the hot tub. In the evening, you can watch the sunset and enjoy a lot of wonderful wildlife. We saw egrets, great blue herons, a family of otters, a green heron & more. It was magical. The only reason I would hesitate to go back……
