"I’ll start with the warm welcome i received at the airport from James: He was very lovely and communicated effectively from the time of pick up til drop off at hotel. The staff at the hotel itself were also very lovely and communicated effectively with me, they were very attentive and made sure all my inquiries were answered. The room was amazing, lovely views, clean and spacious. The amenities were also really good, i spent alot of time by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and again staff at restaurant were also amazing ! I took advantage of the vouchers they offer and I did a couple of excursions/tours, one of which was with Bayu. Bayu was lovely as well, super attentive and knowledgeable during such tour, i was under the weather due to personal reasons but he still made the best of the tour. Next time im in Bali i will definitely make time to book with this hotel again."

"This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, large shower, its own plunge pool, at an outdoor bathtub. All of the rooms overlook a thick forested valley. The staff were able to accommodate my various requests, including special transportation arrangements. And The included breakfasts were great, with a wide variety."

Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making each meal feel like part of the overall experience. Bambootel Sawah View is such a special and unique property. "Good: 1. Property met the online description. 2. The pool was same depth after steps and a bit too deep for my liking, i.e. no graded bottom. 3. Outdoor bed by the pool is an excellent place to relax privately. 4. Staff were very helpful in providing information and preparing take away breakfast and arranging transport. Needs improvement: 5. AC was a bit noisy, the "tub" in the bathroom had poor hot water, as was the shower. 6. Pool needs to be cleaned and maintained. 7. Some repair work generated noise that disturbed us."

"This hotel is nestled in the Ubud Jungle. The property is beautiful and spacious. A real hidden gem. Personally, what made my stay memorable where the staff. They're attentive, kind, overall the best in hospitality. I'd happily return any chance I'd get. Perfect location for someone looking to escape the crowds. There are amazing waterfall tours you can take in Ubud. Keep in mind, Ubud is around 2hrs away from the airport with traffic but worth the stay."
