"My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary & his birthday. Check-in was a breeze & she took care of us because she gave us such a nice view of the pond behind their property! Loved it! We ordered from their on-site restaurant and they got to our room in 15 minutes and even brought our food in the room which was lovely! The pool/hot tub was amazing!! Loved it, will definitely be back!!! "

"Coming back to Chicago this will be the place I’ll come back to book for my stay Had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room was nice, relaxing, and well kept. Definitely enjoyed the overall vibe and would stay here again when visiting Chicago. Highly recommend!"

"We had a layover in Chicago and although we checked in at 10:30 pm and left at 3 am the next morning, the stay was much needed. The shuttle from Terminal 5 was there when promised and, because we needed to leave before the scheduled shuttle operation the next morning, the agent booked us a cab the next morning that was there as promised. Nice room, nice property, helpful staff. All good."

"Was pretty good for a spur of the moment stay. The only issue I had with the property was that there were ants in my room. I left a drink on my nightstand before I left for the day and came back to the cup swarmed with ants. Other than that, it was a great property, convenient, and the staff were helpful and polite."

"The property is very dated from the carpets in the entryways to the carpets in the rooms filled with stains, patches missing. The arm of the couch in our room was all torn up. The presentation was alott to be desired. However, the beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The bathroom area was mediocre. Thankfully this was a quick overnight - maybe 5 hrs to put our heads down and rest b4 we boarded our flight home."
