The staff was great. They are friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice enough. The bed was so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. I had to sleep in the chair the last night just to get sleep. Room was great, lots of rooms and clean! Staff was very friendly has well. Within walking distance to a very large mall. Only disappointment: parking is extremely poor and the areas are tight to get small car into and expensive, you have to pay extra for WIFI and it is extremely pricey hotel.
