The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and someone was always straightening things up. 5 stars.

The room had a great layout for our family of 4. I chose this hotel specifically because they typically have a gluten free option for breakfast and was very disappointed to find at this location they had zero options besides an apple or banana. So I had to sit and watch my family eat instead . The front desk rep stated she did the ordering and asked what room I was in and said she would try to get me something for the following day but never followed through. The pool chlorine levels were so extremely high we could only use the pool for a short period of time for one day. Even being in the room and not in the pool your eyes burned like crazy, I went to sit outside while my family swam. I did find just a few issues with cleaning in the room including dishes in the dishwasher, missed Cheerios on the floor, no body wash in the master bath and only partial rolls of toilet paper with no extras. The bed was pretty firm. The hallways are extremely long and maze like. Employees were friendly. The outside area was nice with several fire pits and patio with cover, table with seating and grill. Several restaurants within walking distance. If they made improvements including catering to the guests with dietary restrictions I would return. I however felt very segregated and bummed watching my family eat breakfast without me for 2 days as my backup plan I brought with me didn’t work out either.

The room is clean and staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately, the pillows this stay were terrible and I had to ask for 2 more which were exactly the same as the pillows in the room.
