"Best hotel in Oregon! Wish you had more locations! Loved the clean room and friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was great. Our go to hotel in Medford!"
"This was a clean, well maintained hotel with a friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were delicious! It was in a great location so that we could visit the Oregon Shakespeare festival and other downtown restaurants. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!"
"Honestly, the only thing I can add is that I wish the bed was a king size instead of a queen. Other than that, we loved the room! Very comfortable! I also loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Most of the time the products in hotels are no-name brands. Oh and this has to be one of the best places to leave a vehicle while flying!"
"Great budget inn. We stayed here after our visit to the Oregon Caves on our way home to California.
Fernando the manager was so kind to turn in the AC before we arrived. It located close to the freeway , lots of restaurants and stores. The bed the was very comfortable and the were hot and strong. "
"The cost and the beds are very comfortable. Would like different cutlery and kitchenware options for purchase - like high grade disposable at a better value."
"We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much she cares about making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. She greeted us with a thoughtful bottle of local wine and made it clear she was available for anything we needed—big or small. The home was a perfect jumping-off point for exploring Crater Lake National Park and the surrounding area. The nearby town made for a great morning coffee stop, and coming back to such a peaceful retreat each night was a treat. Both bedrooms open onto a long back patio with views of the beautiful 20-acre property. The pool area was a standout—we loved floating in the saltwater after a day of hiking. The outdoor Bluetooth speakers were a fun bonus for relaxing with music under the stars. There’s no full kitchen, but the space is well-equipped with a hot plate, microwave, fridge, and an impressive stock of snacks, coffee, tea, condiments, and more. One thing to note is that the bathroom uses a natural waste-only system, so paper goes in a bin rather than being flushed—not a big deal, just something to be aware of.Jennifer provided incredibly clear directions, which made navigating to the remote location a breeze. We also appreciated the small touches like board games, plenty of USB charging ports, and cozy outdoor seating. We only wish we had more time to soak it all in!"
"Beautiful modern room with comfortable bed. Pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. Good breakfast selection with a waffle maker. Close to freeway but traffic noise was not a problem.
Elevator was out of order but the lobby is on the second floor. The third floor was only 15 steps up and the staff offered to carry our bags up. Staff was super friendly and accommodating."
