“Everything is broken, poor hygiene, dirty everywhere, breakfast cake juice, coffee is like water”

“I was only in the hotel one night but had a few issues. I never was able to get hot water for a shower, the WiFi was unusable slow, and the HVAC system was outdated. Temp control was nearly impossible so it went from too hot to too cold all night. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much. That being said, the staff was incredibly nice and made the stay bearable. I thought I left something there and they went above and beyond trying to find the lost item.”

“I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way……

“Recently remodeled & updated room was newly carpeted & wallpapers bathroom had a walk in shower which was great! Breakfast was good had a variety of foods hot & cold. Front desk staff was friendly,. Iknowledgeable & helpful I highly recommend staying here”

The building was under construction and the front desk was moved to a hallway. Very strange and poorly communicated. I'd have expected an email prior to arrival. The place was a ghost town and very off-putting. My room would have been fine, except that the lighting was so incredibly dim.
