“It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.”

“We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees.”

“polished version: The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The paint, furnishings, and carpeting all felt dated and drab. Although the room itself was reasonably clean, the worn condition of everything made it feel less fresh than it could have. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and there was plenty of hot water.”
