“Cozy and quiet”

“Property is a nice size, walking distance from anything you need. Food market, liquor store, steak house andbother restaurants and the river is beautiful. Had a small snag with the water heater but the property manager wasbon top of it and had it fixed as fast as she could. Stayed for 3 weeks, wish we could have stayed longer!City of cortez is only a few minutes drive for anything else that you could need including reasonable priced flights to Denver and Colorado Springs.”

“Beautiful well kept property. River views, wildlife near the property. Elk, deer, turkey, and geese. We visit this area often and would definitely stay here again. ”
