“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all.”

We were early and it took a local to find the place. It is attached to the ocean blue property and that is on Google maps. Host needs to what's app to get the key more clearly.
