  • Welcome to our charming studio apartment, situated just off Centre Street in Calgary's vibrant inner city. Enjoy effortless access to downtown and YYC airport via the nearby MAX bus route, making travel a breeze. If you’re driving, parking is hassle-free!

    This space has been a favourite among long-term guests attending school or visiting family. We are happy to consider long-term lease options as well.

    The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays. The building is non-smoking and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere for your comfort.
