“We didn’t get the room we reserved due to no A/C. The desk clerk was high on something when trying to check in, could hardly understand her. Same way checking out. Observed her stumbling in the washer/dryer area. Room had live spiders in curtains, dead bugs in bathroom floor and hair on back of toilet tank. The whole property is very run down.”

It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway.
